Etherlink: octez-evm-node v0.1

This release concludes two months of development since the freeze of the Etherlink kernel ec7c3b34 on June 6, 2024. It contains a number of breaking changes, making the upgrade potentially challenging. This was deemed necessary to clean-up the UX of the node and provide a better foundation for further changes.
