Manual upgrade storage test

This MR aims to persist a tezt test that was used in the scope !14211 (merged) for benching the storage upgrade and testing it's consistency.

This test is not expected to be generic enough to be generalized. As it may be used only once and not run on the CI, it is not necessary to look for a very high code quality.

Manually testing the MR

NETWORK="mainnet" DIR_TO_UPGRADE="./mainnet" dune exec tezt/manual_tests/main.exe -- --file storage_upgrade.ml --verbose and prepare the data set accordingly -- see test's documentation

Checklist
