When building a dev package (e.g. from master), include the hash in the package name.

Why

Otherwise it could be confusing which package you are installing.

The package scripts call a dune version script to extract the version number. If it includes dev, the script includes the hash as well.

Build packages (e.g. make dpkg) with this branch and observe the pkg version numbers.

Document the interface of any function added or modified (see the coding guidelines)
Document any change to the user interface, including configuration parameters (see node configuration)
Provide automatic testing (see the testing guide).
For new features and bug fixes, add an item in the appropriate changelog (docs/protocols/alpha.rst for the protocol and the environment, CHANGES.rst at the root of the repository for everything else).
