Fixes the version output in the starting log of some Octez clients (Baker, Accuser and VDF)

Why

After some changes in octez-version, the starting log became ill-formed: * vOctez x.y for * started. for these clients.

Use Tezos_version.pp_simple.

Run these clients and check the logs.

Provide automatic testing (see the testing guide).
For new features and bug fixes, add an item in the appropriate changelog (docs/protocols/alpha.rst for the protocol and the environment, CHANGES.rst at the root of the repository for everything else).
