Remove deprecated local-listen-addrs config filed

Removes the deprecated local-listen-addrs config field that is deprecated. As this field was never integrated into an Octez release, it should not be an issue for most users. Only people that used master at some point and did not care about the deprecation warning will encounter a breaking change.

Manually testing the MR

Try to octez-node config show a config file with that option and make sure it fails.
