Packages: Minor fixes to get the packages to function on AWS Linux (RPM)
Context
The beta packages do not work on RPM systems including AWS Linux. The "set -eu" declarations will break the shell functions in the systemd init.d shell libraries. Also there have been reports that they have broken the Debian packages. Also one or two cosmetic changes are needed to ensure the tezos user is created properly.
As these scripts and tools are still in beta, I will not announce in the changelog.
Manually testing the MR
Build Octez on AWS Linux 2023. Then "make rpm". Install the Node package with rpm -i
