Proto: Update total_supply during stitching

What

Refines the estimated total_supply for mainnet.

Why

How

As stated in #6102 (closed) the total supply should be refined in P. This MR uses the values computed with the tooling proposed in !11978 (merged) to update the estimated total_supply for mainnet during migration from Oxford to P.

Manually testing the MR
