AI/Tezt : Improve potential balance updates regression error messages

Following !11576 (merged), this MR provides better error messages in case of changes in balance updates because changes in the staking/reward/slashing/etc. mechanism.

Manually testing the MR

This MR does not change the test but prints potentially modified balance updates in case of an error. The test should still work as previously
