EVM/Sequencer: hide rpc server events from daily logs

Context

Daily logs introduced in !11752 (merged) inherits some rpc_server events that doesn't make sense for our JSON-RPC API, they are meaningfull for rest. Basically it will tell you: "request at path /path/truc/bidule", but in our case path is /.

Manually testing the MR

$ tezt-etherlink -f evm_sequencer.ml --only 1 --keep-temp
$ cat /tmp/tezt-XXXX/1/evm_node1/daily_logs/daily-20240130.log

Do the diff without this merge request, some rpc_server events will now no longer be on daily logs.
