Lib_base: allow additional [section_prefixes] on daily logs

What

Allows to programatically choose the section prefixes for daily logs sink.

Why

If I'm not wrong, if I want to choose the section prefixes I have to do it via environment variables. However, I aim to use for a binary, there are events which my binary "must" ignore, they are not relevant and just inherited from the libraries we depend of.

How

Simply adds an optional parameter

Manually testing the MR

CI should prevail, the behavior should be exactly the same.
