Proto/michelson: handle unparsing of D_Ticket constructor

Context

Following !12030 (merged) on which it is based, this MR aims to add the unparsing of the newly introduced D_Ticket constructor.

Previous MR is:

• Switch unparsing mode to Optimized_legacy for rollups !12030 (merged)

Next MRs will be:

• Adding the MichelsonTicket type in Kernel SDK !11588 (merged)
• Put legacy Pair under legacy flag !11620 (merged)
• Switch back from Optimized instead of Optimized_legacy !12048 (merged)
