Context

This merge request is part of %Reduce Opam Packages. Read the milestone for further information.

It renames some of the sublibs to remove the tezos suffix and the octez suffix. It also fixes the dune files accordingly.

Manually testing the MR

For new features and bug fixes, add an item in the appropriate changelog (docs/protocols/alpha.rst for the protocol and the environment, CHANGES.rst at the root of the repository for everything else).
