Context

Adds address type, byte literals and address values representation and typechecking.

Had to introduce a new Address type. Would prefer to reuse tezos_smart_rollup_encoding::contract::Contract, but it supports neither tz4 nor sr1 addresses, nor entrypoints.

Most of the diff is due to Cargo.lock update.
