Fix some dependencies and clean Dockerfile

The Dockerfile should only install buildroot dependencies, other host dependencies should be compiled by buildroot so that the build does not depend on the build machine and its OS version. I added several missing dependencies, made some miscellaneous fixes and simplify/clean the Dockerfile.
