WIP: Option to extend SD card life

Changes : The goal of this MR, together with other MR in recalbox-emulationstation and recalbox-configgen, is to add an option to limit the writes on the SD card and then increase its lifespan. When this new option is enabled, log files are disabled, and compressed ROMs are extracted in RAM (if there are not too big). This MR is still a WIP, but I would like to submit it early for review and comments.
