Draft: Add IPFS

add-ipfs into master

This MR adds IPFS to Recalbox 🚀

Minimal PoC:

  • Add IPFS binary
  • Add an init script
  • Control IPFS using variables in recalbox.conf
  • Support sharenetwork_ipfs in recalbox-boot.conf

Optimization:

  • Compile with OpenSSL to reduce background CPU usage
  • use lowpower profile on boards that require it (all not-PC? 😏)
