Implement IdentitiesOnly

Implement the IdentitiesOnly setting in SSH config, which makes it so that when using agent, it will still only use only use keys specified in the SSH config (or rather, keys it would have tried without agent, as it will still try default keys e.g. id_rsa). Intended to fix #130 (closed), at least mostly.
