Make menu-tip translatable

The menu-tip for extensions is always displayed in English although our translators translated the strings.

This is supposed to fix the issue. The problem is though, that I do not know what I am doing. I copy pasted code from other similar methods and at least translations show up for me. Please bare with me if the code looks funny. I am happy to make corrections.
