Draft: Fix bbox cache

The bbox calculation is a minimun percent on the whole shape update. so small benefits here and no mesurables. Have doubts if merge or not, maybe can be used in the future for wider scope improvements.

Prebiously bbox is not cached well, with this MR the caching system works and we use cache on translations.
Also in selection we cache so no need to calculate bbox again.
Finaly at start up we call BBOX in icons so we gain performace on open Inkscape because lots become cached.
