Fix toolbar style indicator.

In 1.3.x, changing the tool triggers a tool observer callback, which creates a new style observer which then updates the StyleSwatch widget in the toolbar. The creation of a new style observer doesn't update the StyleSwatch widget in master, so an explite call to update it needs to occur.
