Welcome dialog: Remove hardcoded font size

Before, the dialog had a hardcoded 12px font size for certain parts, making it hard to use on higher-DPI (e.g. 150% scaling = 1.5*96 DPI) displays. Also the button texts were too small.

@jabiertxof It looks like you added previous CSS with 12px fontsize, can you please have a look?
