Fix bug #1796261

  1. This should solve the bug where changing the stroke colour of grouped arrows is inconsistent as reported here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1796261?comments=all

  2. There was also a bug not mentioned in the original bug report (it has now been solved):

First draw a few arrows, change their colour (click those with unchanged arrow heads if necessary) and deselect them. Draw a new arrow and change it's colour, notice how the arrow head of one of the previously created arrows changes to the original black colour.

  1. Unfortunately there was another bug which I could not resolve:

When you undo a change in the stroke colour of the arrow, notice that the first undo only changes the arrow head colour and only a second undo reverts the line back to its original colour. Ideally you should only need to use the undo command once to revert an arrow's stroke colour.
