Fix Bug #1801694: Command "Remove From a Group" Does Not Work

Remove bug #1801694 described in the link: https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1801694

The command "Pop selected objects out of group" now works for group items that are selected via ctrl-click
