Draft: Add a preference to adjust the calligraphic tolerance

Previously this value was a static value. But we want to have users play with the value and see what it feels like to them.

Do not merge. This is for testing.

Testing by Tim:

The Default "Tolerance" of "0.10" gives a perfectly smooth line using the Calli' Tool.
As I increase the Tolerance, the line becomes more "Janky", almost like a series of straight lines connected to create a curve.
Interestingly, the difference from 40.00 -> 90.00 is very minimal.
