This causes Inkscape to remember your print settings between calls to the Print dialogue. Fixes bug #1711112: https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1711112

Note: On Windows, this will save things like your page range, but it will only sometimes save your print driver preferences, due to a bug in GTK. I have another patch that I'm preparing for the GTK project to fix that issue.
