Draft: Connector refactoring as an Live Path Effect

A live path effect connector tool which replaces the current internal connector tool entirely.

There are two new live path effects, one which is a connect-line which moves as the objects it's connected to move.

The other is an avoid lpe, which asks lines to avoid this shape.

Many aspects of the user experience is radically different from previous implementations and should remind the user of viso or similar tools instead.

BROKEN FROM REBASES:

  • Can not connect to SPPoints any more, only to SPShapes!
  • Shortening the lines from the center to the edges is ignored during dragging
  • Toolbar got completely destroyed, will have to be rebuilt
  • CanvasItemCtrl for new types got rewritten, will have to be redone (mostly just setting the type and size, not hard)
