WIP: Improve the handle of LPE satellite items:

This branch goal is remove 1.1 hack for flatten some LPE on copy cut paste stamp

To do this we have different goals.

1.- Change satellite items refs from a list of id to a list of inkscape references
This improve copy and paste with the next point and also keep well references on item deletion
2.- Fix clipboard to on paste make a fix id process allowing pasting and updating copied satellites references
3.- Fix stamp and duple
