Draft: Reduce generic container usage

This branch (a) reduces the direct usage of generic Gtk+ 3 Container and Bin functionality, as these abstract base classes are removed in Gtk+ 4, (b) migrates more Inkscape::UI::Widget classes from using Gtk+ to Gtkmm API.

There should be no functionality changes, so please review for regressions.
