What does this MR do and why?
Add recent conversations to the navigation rail for agentic chat.
This is a first iteration of the implementation. I will add the correct icons rendering when it's clear where these icons are supposed to come from.

How to set up and validate locally
- Visit any page with agentic chat
- If you don't have any old conversations create some
- You should see up last 5 conversations in the siderail.
