DRAFT: Add sorting for RCA and Total events by user tables
What does this MR do and why?
Adds sorting functionality to per-user metric tables in the analytics dashboard.
Changes:
- Implements sorting for RCA (Root Cause Analysis) usage by user
- Adds sorting for Code Suggestions shown and accepted metrics
- Adds sorting for Code Review requests by author
This enhancement allows users to sort the per-user metric tables by different columns, making it easier to identify top users and trends across various Duo features.
