What does this MR do and why?

Disable the star button when query is loading. Previously the user can click star button even when previous submit was loading.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Checkout this branch and run gdk locally
  2. Go to any project homepage
  3. Try clicking star button and notice the disabled state until it's successuly starred and same when unstarring.
