Remove old knowledge graph code indexing related database schema

Addressing: #581020

As part of !215722 (merged), we removed the code that uses these tables. That was in %18.7. The 2nd step now is to remove these tables and the unused column.

This an unused feature that was behind a FF that was never enabled on Production.
