Changes

  • Add scheduled cleanup job to identify and fix orphaned ProjectTopic records
  • Reset topic counters for topics with inconsistent total_projects_count
  • Clean up orphaned ProjectTopic records where projects no longer exist
  • Follow existing cleanup worker patterns for batch processing and time limits
