What does this MR do and why?

Fixes the top positioning of the breadcrumbs on the "New project/group" pages for Project Studio.

How to set up and validate locally

  • Enable the "New UI" and visit http://gdk.test:3000/groups/new
  • Find the breadcrumbs at the right position, with no extra space between them and the above app topbar.
