What does this MR do and why?

Reorganize Last commit block on project/repo/commit pages

  • Decrease padding
  • Remove well styling (less padding, no gray background)
  • Shift all content to the left
  • Remove btn-group styling from SHA, use plain text along with small Copy button instead

Why?

  • The SHA button-group isn't really a button group, it's just static text with a copy button
  • Some of the content is on the right, some on the left, and it't not totally clear why (to me)
