Add calendar endpoint for PATs
What does this MR do and why?
To keep users informed about PAT expiry this MR adds a ICalendar endpoint to /-/user_settings/personal_access_tokens

- be redirected to http://GDK:3000/-/user_settings/personal_access_tokens.ics?feed_token=.... and get a calendar representation of the PAT expiry dates
