This MR regenerates RuboCop TODOs for some 👮 cop rules (via bin/rake rubocop:todo:generate[Layout/ArrayAlignment,Layout/HashAlignment,Lint/AmbiguousRegexpLiteral] ) to silence warnings in Slack #f_rubocop.
