Fix params passed over to PreviewMarkdownService

The params quick_actions_target_type, and quick_actions_target_type were renamed on https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/commit/e540c0d71e00c4ce031b94cf11ec3de905e87da7 to target_id, and target_type respectively.
