Remove gl-md-pr-5 utility class once it's been moved to GitLab UI

Problem to solve

Currently the class gl-md-pr-5 resides in utilities.scss, once that's been added to GitLab UI gitlab-ui#1671 (closed) we can remove it in the main GitLab codebase.
