Move .gl-md-pr-5 classes to gitlab-ui

The MR gitlab!77012 (merged) adds the gl-md-pr-5 class in GitLab, this should be moved to GitLab UI.

Once the class has been added to GitLab UI we can then remove it from the main GitLab codebase gitlab#350247 (closed).
