Purpose

fix: Remove yarn from engines field

This is a simple package that can be installed correctly by essentially any npm-compatible package manager.

The pinned version broke a downstream build which didn't have a recent enough version of yarn. See gitlab!188790 (comment 2464135282).

Merging this should publish a patch release, v3.127.2. This can be verified by checking the publish dry run job log.
