WIP: Proposed changes for onboarding template

Why?

To help the onboarding designers prepare themselves prepare for the anticipated tasks and activities related to their roles.

What?

1. Adding a section of additional set of access

Besides access to different projects on GitLab and to cloud, designers would also need access to tools like Figma, Qualtrics and Dovetail.

2. Adding a new point in the 'Awesome flows' section

Besides the general flows within GitLab, it would be useful for the onboarding designers to discuss the stage specific workflows with their UX buddy
