[WIP] Add 'additional-networks' feature to google driver

This MR adds an --google-additional-networks option to google driver. This enables a possibility to create a Machine that is connected to more than one existing network in GCP.

  • rebase branch on top of current master from upstream repository
  • add/update documentation
