Implement #731: Ignore non-numeric inputs in MDA resolution and linearization

This MR enables to ignore non-numeric input variables when:

• Solving the direct MDA problem
• Linearizing the MDA (either with the direct or adjoint mode)

A test case with strong couplings, numeric AND non-numeric, has been added.
