Image inverted converting DSLR RAW to SER files

Description of the bug

Image vertically flipped while converting DSLR raw files to SER sequence. Might similar to #1258 (closed) and #1261 (closed) but does not fixed after !655 (merged)

Reproduction

Reproduction steps:

Add Raw files from DSLR in conversion tab and select SER sequence in destination.

Expected result: The converted sequence should not be inverted.

Actual result: The converted SER sequence is vertically flipped.

Additional information

Only SER files have this issue, selecting FITS in conversion tab does not. However selecting SER in Calibration tab after convert raw images into FITS sequence still cause the problem.

Currently tested on Nikon NEF and Canon CR2, all vertically flipped. Issue exist since 1.2, 1.0 does not have this issue.
