Registration on SER has Y mirror

It looks like there's a Y inversion in the SER translation on stacking, seen after a 1-2-3 star registration with shifts only.

(Update added by @aje.baugh): this appears to affect all methods of SER registration, I've checked 1-star, global star alignment and KOMBAT and they all flip the image.
