WIP: Add free fork of Home Assistant

• The app complies with the inclusion criteria
• The original app author has been notified (and supports the inclusion)
  • This is checked for the author of the fork
  • The forked app has not been notified. However, the app ID as well as the logo and the name of the app has been changed to not violate upstream trademarks.
• All related fdroiddata and RFP issues have been referenced in this merge request
  • Related to rfp#1353 (closed) which is a duplicated attempt at the same thing
• The upstream app source code repo contains the app metadata (summary/description/images/changelog/etc) in a Fastlane or Triple-T folder structure
• Builds with fdroid build
• Releases are tagged
