Add CI for auto-updating fcgu-mirror version in README

This requires adding a few variables:

• Settings > CI/CD > Variables
  • CI_USERNAME: Name of the committer (yours?)
  • CI_EMAIL: Email of the committer (yours?)
  • SSH_PRIVATE_KEY: Place a private key in here
• Settings > Repository
  • SSH_PUBLIC_KEY: Place a public key in here
