Draft: Refactor circular import

refactor_fix_circular_import into master

Refactor ossr submodule to avoid circular import. This change will not imply big changes to the user but

  • The zenodo submodule will work only with .zenodo.json files
  • The ossr module includes the OssrAPI child class based on ZenodoAPI. It contains the same functionalities as its parent class but working with codemeta.json clases
