Video recording platform that synchronised 2D and 3D video streams from a fleet of heterogenous cameras.
Edge devices (RPi 3/4, NVIDIA Jetson) capture video from UVC and Intel RealSense cameras and compress it using pre-existing lossy 2D codecs and either lossless or lossy 3D codecs (new).
The project contains GStreamer elements for capturing Intel RealSense cameras, handling RGB-D video streams in GStreamer, lossless 3D video compression using RVL and lossy 3D video compression utilising standard video codecs.
The project is primarily AGPL- 3 licensed, with parts licensed under LGPL-3 .

OpenPiSignal is an open-source project that transforms a Raspberry Pi into a network-connected industrial signal tower controller. It enables engineers, technicians, and system integrators to visualize and communicate machine or process states through a stack light (red, yellow, green). The project combines simple hardware integration with a flexible web interface, allowing remote or automated control of status lights across production lines, labs, or workstations.

The purpose of this repository is to save, keep, and maintain any relevant documentation for the UCL Network course - as per assignment requirements.
Each assignment has its own sub-folder, ensuring clear separation of assignment documentation. All assignments are based on Per Dahlstrøm's teaching at UCL Seebladsgade in Odense, Denmark, and any other sources will be listed in the references section, found in turned in assignment files.
